The Pursuit of Happiness offers the Red Cross Swim Program.  Generally speaking, 3-5 year olds are enrolled in Red Cross Swim Preschool, where they swim through Sea Turtle, Sea Otter, Salamander, Sunfish, Crocodile, and Whale classes.  Children over 5 will often be placed in Red Cross Swim Kids, in classes leveled 1-10.  If a child is struggling or achieving well beyond the class in which he/she has been placed, they may be moved to the more appropriate class in order to provide the best support for his/her success.

Parent/Tot Red Cross lessons are also available. Ages 4 months to 5 years are invited to join us on Sunday mornings for lessons. Starfish, Duck, Sea Turtle and Sea Otter classes are available in parent/tot format. Parent/tot classes are a great way to get your babe/child comfortable in water. They must take these classes until they are potty trained and they are welcome to stay until they gain the confidence needed to try independent lessons.

Contact us today to register for our upcoming swim session.  We offer three 10-week sessions per year, September - December, January - March and March - June.

Send me an e-mail at thepursuitofhappiness.aqua@gmail.com to be added to my e-mail list, where you will receive information regarding upcoming sessions.

Preschool Levels and Levels 1-6 (30 min) = $100

Levels 7-10 (45 min) = $130

A $10 deposit is required at time of registration to be included in the schedule.

Classes run most Saturdays, from 8am to 4pm.  We generally do not hold classes during holiday weekends.  Schedules are created based on registrations, thus are not readily available.  When creating the schedule, I take into consideration all other commitments you and your family have on Saturdays and I also try to keep children of the same family as close together in swim times as possible.  As such, it is not possible to cater to preferred times.

Private and semi-private (siblings) lessons are also available.
