AquaFitness is beneficial to and enjoyed by people of all fitness levels.  How?  The unique properties of water allow participants to choose their own pace and intensity, while low-impact movements benefit joints, and the body in general.  

Our 45-minute classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, as well as muscular strength and endurance.  

Call or e-mail today to register for our upcoming session.  We offer three 10-week sessions: October - December, January - March, and April - June.

**NEW - AquaLite classes are low impact, total body workouts that focus on flexibility and range of motion exercises to meet the needs of a variety of clients.
