AquaFitness is beneficial to and enjoyed by people of all fitness levels.  How?  The unique properties of water allow participants to choose their own pace and intensity, while low-impact movements benefit joints, and the body in general.  

Our 45-minute classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, as well as muscular strength and endurance.  

Call or e-mail today to register for our upcoming session.  You may also join us mid-session and the cost will be prorated for the remainder of the session. Contact us to find out how many classes are left in the current session.

We offer three sessions: September - December, January - March, and April - June.

one class/week = $110 (10-week) or $132 (12-week)

two classes/week = $220 (10-week) or $288 (12-week)

drop-in = $12/class
